Join us for an action-packed weekend of friendly competition and skill development at Ramsays Strike Academy’s Interclub. This event is open to juniors and adults across four disciplines — MMA, BJJ, Boxing, and Muay Thai.
Interclubs are designed to help fighters gain valuable sparring experience in a safe and controlled environment. All bouts are matched based on experience level and weight, ensuring fair and balanced matchups.
This is not a fight, and no official winners will be declared. The focus is on learning, applying skills, and receiving guidance from coaches and referees.
⚙️ Equipment Requirements
Saturday 22nd November — BJJ & MMA
BJJ Requirements:
No-Gi attire
No pockets
MMA Requirements:
8oz gloves
Shin guards
Groin guard
Gum shield
No hand wraps
No pockets
⚠️ If you arrive without the required equipment, you will not be able to compete.

All fights will be matched according to experience level and weight.
Interclubs are intended to build experience, not determine winners.
This event focuses on helping fighters listen to their coaches and apply their skills in a practical setting.
Every match will be conducted in a safe and supervised environment, with expert referees ensuring both fighters remain protected throughout.
